“Horses have always been an intriguing animal for me because they represent beauty, strength, intelligence, power and grace. I've always been drawn to majestic paintings of the horse and exploring this theme and delving deeper into the domestication of these creatures forged an understanding of how intertwined humans and horses have been in the past and continue to be today.  Their social behaviour is very similar to humans in seeking out hierarchical relationships. With high emotional intelligence innately part of their communication, the horse is truly a connected animal to humankind.”
